New Age Training of New York is a trade and business school in New York City. It is a member of the Coalition of New York State Career Schools and member of the New York City Employment and Training Coalition. The school is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training.
New Age Training is also a National Healthcare Association (NHA) Approved Testing Site, an Approved National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) and is approved by the state of New York as an In-Facility Nurse Aide Certification Center. The facility is also frequently used as a training center for businesses and non-profits from New York and New Jersey as well as being an approved training facility for international students with appropriate documentation.
There is a popular, high-standard certified nurse assistant training at New Age Training School in NYC. This program is for a Nurse Aide Advanced program, which includes certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT). With this program, a graduate will be qualified to work as an entry-level nurse, CNA, or PCT. These positions are available is hospitals, doctor offices, a clinic or hospital or a nursing home.
The certified nurse assistant training in New York program offers a blend of practical experience provided in medical laboratories and on location during the student’s internships at medical offices and clinics. There are also traditional classroom lessons and lectures.
Upon completion of the certified nurse assistant training in New York, all students will have learned to perform the basics such as CPR and first aid.
