Rating your Stress and Anxiety to Assist with EFT

What is tapping?

Rating your Anxiety

You can focus on your physical symptoms and use them to rate the stress and anxiety you are feeling. Using a scale of one to 10 with one being complete calm and 10 being unbearable anxiety you can rate your feelings before you begin your tapping session. As you complete each tapping process you can rate your feelings again. You continue tapping until you can get your anxiety down to a manageable level, preferably freeing yourself from anxiety completely.

Tapping hits the main points on your body that will help you release anxiety and stress.
